Performance Partners Agreement

Web-Address-Signs and MediaWorks For Real Estate (referred to here as MediaWorks) reserves the right to ammend this agreement as needed and as technology and/or software becomes more sophisticated. Performance Partners agree that any such ammendment(s) will apply to them. Ammendments will be sent to Performance Partners to the main contact email address supplied on your Application at least 7 days before the Ammendment takes effect and will be sent Return Receipt Requested.

All Performance Partner Applications are subject to approval by MediaWorks.

Performance Partners must be of the age of majority in their state or country and hold a valid real estate license or be a recognized real estate trainer, information provider or aggregator.

Performance Partners may not assign rights or duties under this Agreement without the prior written consent of MediaWorks.

Web-Address-Signs (MediaWorks) will pay Performance Partner (you) a commission starting at ten dollars ($10.00) U.S. for sales coming from either your web site or from text links placed at least once a month in your opt-in ezine. The commission will be paid on the 2nd Tuesday of each and every month for the previous month. The payment will be in U.S. currency and will be issued through your established PayPal account that is connected to your web site e mail address. It is your responsibility as a Performance Partner to set up your free PayPal account and to notify MediaWorks of the e mail address you have listed with that account as soon as your account is established.

In order for a Partner to begin receiving commissions, our graphics must be displayed on a high traffic area on their site and linked to their order page on our site for a minimum of 30 days, and they have sent us a copy of their opt-in newsletter with our approved and linked Web-Address-Signs text ad. This provision helps to prevent customers abusing the Partnership program just to purchase tags for their own use at a discount.

Performance Partners will be sent a BCC email of the confirmation of each and every Web-Address-Signs order that comes from their Web-Address-Signs order pages, through their ezine link, or as a result of direct, agent-to-agent sales. For web based sales, this is for the purpose of your own internal record keeping and you must supply an email address when you register that is exclusively for the purpose of receiving Order Confirmations.

Neither MediaWorks, nor Web-Address-Signs.com, will be responsible, either financially or legally, for any technical failure that may result in the user’s click going unregistered, their orders not being properly executed and delivered to us by AuthorizeNet, or for server or tracking software failures. These are all areas that are out of any of our direct control, but will be addressed by us figorously, and resolved, as soon as it is discovered.

As a MediaWorks Performance Partner you agree not to set up any kind of direct, or reseller, Affiliate, Referral or Associates program involving the Web-Address-Signs products, or even similar products in the Web-Address-Signs line, or through other distributors or entities. This is an excellent marketing product made of quality materials and priced fairly. If you feel you have a need to start your own direct sales or Affiliate program, be advised, you will also need to go and find your own product and you will not compete with web address signs of any kind.

MediaWorks and Web-Address-Signs.com reserves the right to terminate any partner with notice for known violations of any of the following:

misrepresenting the nature of your site and your audience when you applied.
sending any unsolicited email regarding either the Web-Address-Signs product or the program.
not displaying the Web-Address-Signs logo with your link on a page of your web site visited by the majority of your web site visitors and not including your Web-Address-Signs link in your opt-in ezine at least once a month.

Web-Address-Signs Performance Partners agree to place, keep and maintain in good working order the Web-Address-Signs logo on a highly visited page of their web site as well as a text link in at least one message that goes out to your full opt-in subscriber list at least once a month.

MediaWorks will test, supply and keep updated, a page of official Web-Address-Signs graphics, appropriate text ads and fliers for Performance Partners to select from for use on their web sites, in their ezines and in their direct sales.
